Margarita:
Ingredients
2oz (59ml) Tequila
1 oz (29ml) Lemon Juice
1oz (29ml) Triple sec
Salt
Ice
Lemon Wedge
Combine 2 oz. (59ml) tequila, 1 oz. (29ml) lime juice, and 1 oz. (29ml) triple sec in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Shake well and strain into a salt-rimmed glass filled with ice. Garnish with a lime wedge.
Mojito:
Ingredients
6-8 mint leaves
1 tsp sugar
2oz (59ml) White Rum
1 oz (29l Lime Juice
Ice
Soda Water
Lime Wedge
Muddle 6-8 fresh mint leaves and 1 tsp. sugar in the bottom of a glass.
Add 2 oz. (59ml) white rum and 1oz (29ml) of lime juice and stir.
Fill the glass with ice and top with soda water.
Garnish with a sprig of mint and a lime wedge.
Old Fashioned:
1 sugar cube
2 Dashes Bitters
Water
2 oz Burbon or Rye Whiskey
Ice
Orange
Maraschino Cherry
Muddle 1 sugar cube, 2 dashes of bitters, and a splash of water in the bottom of a glass.
Add 2 oz.(59ml) bourbon or rye whiskey and stir.
Add ice and garnish with an orange twist and a maraschino cherry.
Cosmopolitan:
1.5oz (44ml) Vodka
1oz (29ml) Cranberry Juice.
0.5 oz (15ml) Triple Sec
0.5ml (15ml) Lime juice
Ice
Lime wedge
Combine 1.5 oz. (44ml) vodka, 1 oz. (29ml) cranberry juice, 0.5 oz. (15ml) triple sec, and 0.5 oz.(15ml) lime juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Shake well and strain into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with a lime wedge.
Pina Colada
2oz (59ml) White Rum
2oz (59ml) Pineapple Juice
2oz (59ml) Coconut Cream
Ice
Pineapple Wedge
Cherry
Combine 2 oz. (59ml) white rum, 2 oz.(59ml) pineapple juice, and 2 oz.(59ml) coconut cream in a blender with ice.
Blend until smooth and pour into a hurricane glass.
Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a cherry.
