Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

1 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
3 large eggs
2 cups grated carrots
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup raisins
For the cream cheese frosting:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 cups powdered sugar
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a 9-inch cake pan.
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt.
In a large bowl, whisk together oil, sugar, and eggs until well combined.
