š Ingredients (Makes One 6-Inch Cake)
Cake:
1 ripe banana (mashed) š
1 egg š„
1/4 cup natural peanut butter (no xylitol!) š„
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 cup oat flour (or blended rolled oats) š¾
1/2 tsp baking powder
Frosting:
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 tbsp natural peanut butter
š§ Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Preheat & Prep
Preheat your oven to 175°C / 350°F. Grease a 6-inch cake pan or line it with parchment paper.
Step 2: Mix the Batter

.In a mixing bowl, mash the banana, then add the egg, peanut butter, and applesauce. Stir until smooth. Add oat flour and baking powder, and mix until fully combined.
Step 3: Bake the Cake

.Pour the batter into the pan and smooth the top. Bake for 20ā25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let it cool completely before frosting.
Step 4: Make the Frosting

.In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt and peanut butter until smooth and creamy.
