Ingredients:

āœ… 3 tbsp gelatin (unflavored)āœ… 1 cup cold water (divided)āœ… 2 cups granulated sugarāœ… 1 cup light corn syrupāœ… 1/4 tsp saltāœ… 1 tbsp vanilla extractāœ… Food coloring (optional)āœ… Powdered sugar (for dusting)āœ… Cornstarch (for dusting)āœ… Melted chocolate (for decorating eyes & nose)

Instructions:

1ļøāƒ£ Prepare the Pan – Grease a 9x13-inch pan and dust it with a mix of powdered

sugar and cornstarch.

2ļøāƒ£ Bloom the Gelatin – In a mixing bowl, combine gelatin with ½ cup cold water. Let sit for 5-10 minutes.

3ļøāƒ£ Make the Syrup – In a saucepan, heat sugar, corn syrup, salt, and remaining ½ cup water over medium heat. Stir until sugar dissolves, then increase heat and bring to 240°F (use a candy thermometer).

4ļøāƒ£ Whip the Marshmallow – Slowly pour the hot syrup into the gelatin while mixing on low speed. Increase speed to high and whip for 10-12 minutes until fluffy and tripled in size. Add vanilla and food coloring (if using).

5ļøāƒ£ Mold the Bunnies – Pour the mixture into the prepared pan, smooth the top, and let set for 4-6 hours (or overnight).

6ļøāƒ£ Cut into Shapes – Dust a bunny-shaped cookie cutter with powdered sugar, then cut out the marshmallow bunnies.
