Ingredients:
ā 3 tbsp gelatin (unflavored)ā 1 cup cold water (divided)ā 2 cups granulated sugarā 1 cup light corn syrupā 1/4 tsp saltā 1 tbsp vanilla extractā Food coloring (optional)ā Powdered sugar (for dusting)ā Cornstarch (for dusting)ā Melted chocolate (for decorating eyes & nose)
Instructions:
1ļøā£ Prepare the PanĀ ā Grease a 9x13-inch pan and dust it with a mix of powdered
sugar and cornstarch.
2ļøā£ Bloom the GelatinĀ ā In a mixing bowl, combine gelatin with ½ cup cold water. Let sit for 5-10 minutes.
3ļøā£ Make the SyrupĀ ā In a saucepan, heat sugar, corn syrup, salt, and remaining ½ cup water over medium heat. Stir until sugar dissolves, then increase heat and bring to 240°F (use a candy thermometer).
4ļøā£ Whip the MarshmallowĀ ā Slowly pour the hot syrup into the gelatin while mixing on low speed. Increase speed to high and whip for 10-12 minutes until fluffy and tripled in size. Add vanilla and food coloring (if using).
5ļøā£ Mold the BunniesĀ ā Pour the mixture into the prepared pan, smooth the top, and let set for 4-6 hours (or overnight).
6ļøā£ Cut into ShapesĀ ā Dust a bunny-shaped cookie cutter with powdered sugar, then cut out the marshmallow bunnies.
7ļøā£ DecorateĀ ā Use melted chocolate or edible markers to draw eyes and noses.
